Hillside wines: high-quality by nature.
The Emilian variety par excellence. Pignoletto produces refined wines that are delicate, fresh and gently fruity on the nose.
This variety’s excellent acidity allows one to make simple, attractive, immediately appealing wines. Its nose is very delicate; it is medium-bodied, fairly tangy and very clean on the palate.
Straw-yellow in colour; its fragrance is characteristic and refined, with notes of peach, citrus fruits and vanilla. On the palate it is refreshing and tangy, with hints of nuts and harmonious overall sensations.
Sangiovese is one of Italy’s most important grapes, and is the most widely cultivated in the country. It includes a large number of sub-varieties, which reflect the different ways it has developed in the various regions. It produces well-balanced wines of great elegance, with refined, floral aromas.
The Cabernet Sauvignon grape allows one to create concentrated wines, suitable for long ageing. It confers a full body and complex varietal flavours.
